No contingencies, conventional finacing. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Loan application timeframe was initialed as Not Applicable on contract.
